Payment/Insurance
We gladly
accept Most insurance plans and
we will file your claim as a
courtesy to you, our patients.
Although insurance does not
gaurantee payment, at time of
service you (our patients) will
be responsible for your
co-payment at time of service.
We will go above and beyond to
assure you receive all the
insurance benefits allowed to
you. We also accept most Major
Credit Cards, Care Credit,
Capitol One as a form of
